Sterile and non-sterile diamine disinfectant for cleanroom cleaning

INSPEC™ AN biocide solution – sterile and non-sterile diamine disinfectant. Broad-spectrum, QUAT-free, low residue, GMP manufactured for cleanrooms. is a non-oxidising disinfectant available in both sterile and non-sterile formats, supplied in pre-diluted and concentrated versions. Manufactured to GMP standards in an ISO 6 cleanroom and filled in an ISO Class 5 environment, the solution is filtered through a 0.2-micron filter and gamma irradiated to achieve a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶.

Designed as a broad-spectrum, QUAT-free disinfectant, the INSPEC™ AN Biocide Solution offers bactericidal and fungicidal properties, making it ideal for use in controlled environments. Premium trigger sprays feature a “bag-in-bottle” system for added protection, while all formats are supplied in multiple bags for secure cleanroom transfer. It is an excellent rotational partner with INSPEC™ QT, HA, and OX solutions.

With a stabilised 24-month shelf life across all formats and validated in-use shelf life for trigger sprays, INSPEC™ AN is reliable, low residue, and safe for use in sensitive environments.

Use Instructions

INSPEC™ AN is designed for spraying, wiping, and mopping applications. Hold spray 15–20cm from the surface to be treated. For mopping, dilute 100ml of concentrate in 2.4L of water. Ensure complete surface coverage.

Storage

Store upright in original closed containers, away from sunlight and extremes of temperature. Full handling and disposal guidance is provided in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

Wear gloves and goggles or face protection. Always read the label and SDS before use.
