Corstat chip boxes are manufactured from conductive corrugated fibreboard, providing a durable and cost-effective solution for the safe storage and transport of static-sensitive components. The coating provides Faraday cage protection, protecting delicate electronic devices from electrostatic discharge (ESD) during handling and shipping.

Ideal for microchips, integrated circuits, and small electronic assemblies, these lightweight boxes ensure secure containment without compromising on protection. Can be delivered flat-packed to minimise shipping costs and storage space, they are easy to assemble when required.

Or for additional protection, Corstat chip boxes can be supplied fully assembled with:

• Soft pink antistatic flat or profile foam inserts – for cushioning delicate or lightweight components
• High-density conductive grade foam – suitable for pin-inserted or high-value devices requiring enhanced protection (please enquire for this option)
