High-efficiency brass shims for semi-automatic SMT splicing

Bandoliers contain 20 non-adhesive brass shim clips per carrier and are designed for fast, consistent SMT tape splicing without handling individual clips.

Manufactured from phosphor bronze with a brass coloured finish, these shim clips provide secure, reliable connections when joining carrier tape or adding tape extenders. They are compatible with all SMT carrier tapes and suitable for use with all standard SMT pick-and-place feeders.

Supplied in bandoliers that feed directly through a semi-automatic splice tool, brass shim clips help speed up the splicing process while maintaining accuracy and repeatability. The construction offers good corrosion resistance and durability, with precision-formed clips that pierce carrier tape cleanly and are sealed and marked using splice tape connectors.

Each box contains 4,000 shim clips (200 bandoliers of 20), supporting efficient loading and smooth production flow.
