Durable conductive brush for precision PCB cleaning

The conductive brush is designed for use in ESD-protected areas, making it ideal for cleaning printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other static-sensitive equipment. Manufactured from conductive plastic with low static generating synthetic fibres, it removes dust, dirt, and process residues without creating additional static.

When handled by grounded personnel, the brush ensures electrostatic charges are safely dissipated to ground, reducing the risk of damage to delicate assemblies. Its extended bristle length makes it particularly effective for accessing fine details and hard-to-reach areas on electronic components.

The S008 brush has bristles measuring 86mm in length, 18mm in height, and is 230mm long. With a surface resistance of 10³–10⁸ ohms, it provides dependable static control in electronics production and other EPA environments.
