INSPEC™ N7 pH neutral detergent solution for cleanroom cleaning
INSPEC™ N7 pH Neutral Detergent Solution is a 4% pH neutral detergent (pH7) formulated with surfactant and sequestering agents to assist in removing process residues and light soiling in cleanroom environments. When used as directed, it will not affect materials commonly encountered. Manufactured to GMP standards in an ISO 6 cleanroom, the product is filled and capped in an ISO Class 5 environment.
RTU solutions are diluted with WFI-quality water, filtered through a 0.2 micron filter, and gamma irradiated to a validated process with a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶. For screw cap bottles, the entire contents should be used after opening. Please note: this product is classed as dangerous goods and may be subject to higher international shipping charges.
Ideal for removing light soiling and process-derived residues in areas close to product manufacturing, the low-foaming and low-residue formula ensures surfaces are clean without leaving unwanted contaminants, making it suitable for sensitive, high-standard environments.
With a validated in-use shelf life of three months at low concentrations, INSPEC™ N7 pH neutral detergent solution is both economical and effective. It is available in convenient, ready-to-use, and concentrated formats, packaged in multiple bags for seamless cleanroom transfer, and produced in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to guarantee high quality and consistency.
