Antistatic Layflat Tubing
Flexible antistatic packaging for custom-length packaging
Our premium antistatic LDPE layflat tubing provides a safe, adaptable solution for packaging long or arkward shaped non-ESD sensitive items within electrostatic protected areas (EPAs). Formulated with antistatic additives, it dissipates static charges to ground and prevents charge build-up, while its non-tribocharging properties ensure it won’t generate static when in contact with other surfaces.
Unlike pre-made bags, layflat tubing allows you to create packaging to the exact length required. Simply cut to size and heat-seal for a secure, professional finish. Manufactured from blow-moulded polyethylene, the tubing is soft, transparent, and easy to handle. It has a surface resistance of 10⁷ – 10¹¹ ohms, thickness of 102 microns (4 mil), and meets RoHS and REACH compliance, making it ideal for industrial applications.
Comes in 5 widths, and 2 length options. 8cm, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm x 210m, or 15cm x 500m (3in, 8in, 10in or 12in x 689ft, or 6in x 1640ft)
