These white flat paper carrier tape extenders (with punched holes along the edge) feature top and bottom antistatic PET cover tape, enabling direct splicing to existing component reels. This allows seamless reel extension while minimising waste and maintaining reliable ESD protection.

Engineered for secure electronic component packaging, the tape prevents ESD damage during handling, storage, and transport. Compatible with all SMT pick-and-place feeders, it ensures smooth reel transitions and continuous production.

Available in 8mm width and pre-cut to 450mm lengths, with two thickness options: 0.5mm or 0.95mm. Supplied in boxes of 500.

Application: used at the start of carrier tape or between reels for seamless splicing.

Compatible with the semi-automatic splice tool and SMT manual splice tool.
